it seems like some people on here have the mateurity of well er, um, lets just say devide their age by their shoe size and thats pretty much my summation of some people on here, not mentioning any names of course

I'm not going to dig myself a hole and claim I'm mature at all, but my question is, how would you describe a mature person or a mature way of acting. What are you wishing for? I'm trying to just pick your brain here, because I hear people throw that word around but it doesn't always seem clear what people are asking for.

i must draw the distinction between imature an offencive behaviour and just having a bit of fun. some of us, me for example, take on personallities that are not our real ones when on line just for a bit of a laugh. The trick is to get into meaningful conversation with someone and then see how they react. Get into a pqn session with me for example, and if things are serius, then watch the change. if we'r mucking around, then that's not serious right? please explain more about what you mean by imaturity.

I agree, I could respond if I knew better what you are complaining about.

Don't think I've pissed you off lately, Jeez I hope not.

for example, someone saying they are your friend, keeper of secrets if any, etc, then in a week they block on msn or ignore on here..wouldnt you know in a week if you could stand the person or not?maybe its me

Well this is a bit vague. In response to post five though, how does blocking somebody within a week constitute immaturity. If I added somebody and I then found them irritating after a week, off my list they would go. That's not a sign of immaturity, it's just that I can't be bothered with that person. If somebody blocks you they clearly wish no longer to communicate with you, so just communicate with somebody else. Isn't that what a mature person would do?

I get what most of you folks are saying but what good is it doing everybody if this gets posted on the boards numerous times? Not like they're gonna change their attitudes anyway.

i would agree that people do get irritating and i myself have blocked several people for one reason or another, but i guess i should have added, if they say you aren't bothering them or irritating or whatever, then do it..oh well i guess this was just a rant that night and i was pissed, but hey, i don't really give a rats behind now

guess it takes all kinds

Okay, this is pointless. Like marching in a parade in the rain, nobody is watching, so why march?
